Remember there is practice tomorrow at 8:00am. We will meet in the West Lot. We are doing a workout. If you will be out of town remember to fill out the Absence form and complete the workout and fill in times.
Friday Workout = 15 minute warm up, Drills, Hard mile (Record time), 15 minute run, second Hard Mile (Record time), 10 minute cool down stretch.
You can type your times into the google doc or send them to me.
Over the weekend = Pick one day to run for 60 minutes.

Corunna Splits
The goal is to run even paced through each race. We measure the delta or distance each mile is from their average mile pace. The goal is to be as close to zero as possible.(Almost impossible at Corunna because the first mile was almost all down hill)
